Redevelopment of the existing terminal property to provide a state-of-the-art trans-shipment facility including a 289,000 SF warehouse, truck parking and container storage that utilizes three container stacks served by nine (9) electric rubber tire gantry cranes. It also includes a 900 SF guardhouse with adjacent truck canopy lanes, 5,000 SF vehicle maintenance facility and a 2,000 SF administrative building.
