Union Medical Office Building (MOB)

Project consisted of a 3-story, 40,000 SF multi-specialty outpatient facility to provide convenient patient care to Union County and the surrounding areas of North Georgia. The facility was developed by Union General Health system as part of the overall Hospital Master campus plan. The project contained 402 parking spaces, 2 storm water detention ponds, a covered patient drop-off for the building and padded lots for future development.  This was the first phase located across from the hospital and is providing connectivity for patients and staff. Hussey Gay Bell provided site/civil engineering and surveying services. The land disturbance permit was obtained in December of 2021 and the project was constructed during 2022.  Hussey Gay Bell provided construction administration services including shop drawing and RFI review.
