Sweetwater Apartments

The project consisted of a 320-unit apartment complex constructed overlooking Beresford Creek in Berkeley County. The development consists of 3-story and 4-story buildings, separate garage buildings, 4 docks and boat ramp on the creek, luxurious amenity building, pool and pavilions for use by the residences. It was planned and developed as a mixed-use planned development in conjunction with an adjacent 83-lot single family detached subdivision, which has shared use of the overall amenities.
