Northside Hospital Gwinnett Tower
Lawrenceville, GA

Provided planning assistance and site design for a new eight-story hospital tower located at the Lawrenceville campus.  This tower was planned and designed to connect to the existing North Tower at the site.  Site design included storm water collection system and all utilities supporting the hospital including redundant water, sanitary sewer, oxygen, cooling tower yard and condensate piping, and new truck dock.

Work also included coordination of the hospital drop off with the proposed medical office building and design of revisions to the existing visitor parking lot at the hospital.  Additionally, an extension of the new loop road and a roundabout directing traffic entering the hospital on Medical Center Boulevard was designed.
