Scope consisted of design and installation of a regional roadway to connect Harris Trail to the new I-95 Belfast Keller interchange. Included was the design and installation of approximately 11,400 linear feet of new Connector Road mainline including a roundabout; design/installation of 1,300 linear feet of improvements and widening along Harris Trail, 2 lane, 2 ways; and design/installation of 1,300 linear feet of improvements and widening along Belfast Keller Road, 2 land, 2 ways. Project scope also included relocation and installation of all new utilities along the project route and existing roadways including the installation of water, sewer and reuse infrastructure as well as coordination with Coastal Electric Cooperative. Utilities included the crossing of Interstate I-95 with jack and bore installations as well as well as open cut and horizontal directional drill in a linear installation along the existing and new roads.
