The project consists of the intersection improvements at Blue Moon Crossing and Pooler Parkway. Hussey Gay Bell is providing surveying and civil design including staking, striping, paving, grading, traffic signal design/modification. The firm will also provide bidding assistance for site work and construction phase services including contract administration, construction observation and closeout.
