Skinner Becomes President-Elect of AIA Georgia

Savannah, GA – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce that Greg Skinner, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C has been elected as President-Elect for the 2021 term on the AIA Georgia Board of Directors. He has been an active member of AIA Chapter Executive leadership and once confirmed, will “continue serving the AIA in fulfilling its mission, and seek to continue in a leadership role as an advocate for the value of architecture, to assist the Institute in supporting our peers in Georgia with the resources they need to be successful, and to further the values of the AIA in that good design is an agent for positive change,” expressed Greg.

Greg has also achieved the Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) designation. He has more than 15 years of experience specializing in the architectural design of military/federal, healthcare, higher education, K-12, and municipal projects. Serving in Senior Project Management to Project Architect roles, Greg is responsible for all phases of design and contract administration. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and Master of Architecture degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Greg is a registered architect in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and Virginia. He is also NCARB Certified and LEED Accredited, as well as a Green Globes Professional and now a Registered Roofing Consultant.
