Corporate Headquarters

This building is home for the national accounting firm of TJS Deemer and Dana and features 23,000 SF of office space. The building is located on a premier lot in a professional suburban office park overlooking a lagoon. Hussey Gay Bell professionals worked closely with the owners to create a building that presents a professional, corporate image while still being extremely functional. Our designers worked closely with the client to select a traditional gold and navy color palette that is reflected throughout the interior finishes and furniture selections. Flexibility was important to the client so large work areas for furniture systems were included in the layout. Attention to detail can be seen throughout the space including special ceiling elements in the main boardroom, custom built-in cabinetry in the partner offices and a custom glass and wood reception desk at the main entrance.
