RICOH Electronics, City of Lawrenceville, GA

This is a 131,000-square-foot facility located on a 63-acre site.  Phase I of this Japanese firm’s future southeast headquarters is situated adjacent to a central 11-acre lake and represents the first part of an overall half-million square foot complex.  Phase II of the project is located across the lake, requiring a bridge to connect the two facilities.  The result was a decorative yet functional rock-faced structure which became a focal point of the project as well as the business park in which it is situated.
