Marble Manufacturer Expands:  Economy In Hall County Grows

Mincey Marble has been doing business in Hall County for 40 years, employing over 300 people.  They currently manufacture cultured marble shower pans and surrounds that are used mostly in the hotel industry, which are shipped all around the country.

By January 2017, they had outgrown their existing facility located on Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville, Georgia and needed to move to a brand-new facility in the Gainesville Business Park.  The 79-acre site will house a new 350,000 SF, concrete tilt wall manufacturing facility and a new 30,000 SF, two-story building that will serve as the new company headquarters.

Hussey Gay Bell, in conjunction with Tipton Construction Company, formed the Design-Build team hired to complete the new $20,000,000 manufacturing facility.  This facility is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in early 2018.
