Marble Manufacturer Expands:  Economy In Hall County Grows

Project consisted of the design-build of a new 350,000 SF, concrete tilt wall manufacturing facility and 30,000 SF, two-story corporate headquarters building on a 79-acre site in Hall County, Georgia. The manufacturing facility is fully sprinklered and features overhead cranes, multiple loading docks, utility floor trenches, assembly area, offices, shipping and receiving, break room, toilets, and food service area for employees.   The corporate headquarters facility features executive and staff offices, small and large conferencing facilities, a full design center, break rooms, toilets and food service area for employees.

Site design included site improvements, parking and traffic signage, erosion and sediment control measures, paving, grading, drainage, and on-site water and sewer.
