A Two-Phase Expansion for Outpatient Surgery

Hussey Gay Bell provided site/civil design services for this project, which consisted of renovating an existing space, the addition of a new surgery wing and parking modifications. The Phase 1 of renovation and expansion were completed in 2016. The second phase of this two-phase expansion will also expand the surgery and ambulatory care services.
