It will also house Fire Department staff inclusive of offices, living quarters, break room/kitchen and apparatus bays. Programming areas include 2 apparatus bays, living quarters, offices, storage, sleeping quarters, common training room, laundry room, kitchen/dining, lobby, conference room.

Pending overburdened soil compaction, the project is currently on hold.
