This 38-acre multipurpose complex located along Shiloh Road in Forsyth County was developed as an office and manufacturing site. The first phase of the complex includes a dramatic office on piers “floating” adjacent to Bagley Creek. The 3.76-acre site incorporates a 49,000 SF signature facility with approximately 21 acres of natural area and future trails throughout the wetlands and creek area.
