Additionally, a new 25,000 SF gym was constructed on the complex site which includes 2 large gym spaces with bleachers, public toilets, concession with cooking, storage, changing rooms, and a small office suite. Phase II will include an additional five athletic fields, four multi-purpose (football, soccer and lacrosse) fields, a playground, parking lots and a campground.

The Hussey Gay Bell/CHA design team worked side by side with County staff to make this project a reality despite limited SPLOST funding, challenging soils and extensive utilities coordination.
