Hussey Gay Bell has been providing professional commercial land planning, site development and architecture/interiors design services to commercial clients throughout the United States with regional emphasis in Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee for 60 years.  Nearly 1/3 of the firm’s portfolio of work is commercial work including projects for private companies, developers and real estate brokerage firms. To date, Hussey Gay Bell has been responsible for all phases of design-related professional services for more than 4 million square feet of commercial-related facilities in addition to providing land planning, civil/site development and utilities infrastructure design services for more than 30,000 acres throughout the region.  Our team has been diligently working with commercial/residential entities and their clients to create single and multi-family communities, commercial office venues and mixed use developments that sprawl the region.  Evidence of our reach ranges from the infamous 2,000 acre Palmetto Dunes Resort on Hilton Head Island South Carolina and the Marketfair Mall redevelopment in Fayetteville, North Carolina to the 2,500 acre planned unit development of Savannah Quarters off the I-95 corridor in Pooler, Georgia.
