Hussey Gay Bell Announces the Promotion of Robinette
Charleston, SC – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Justin Robinette, PE, to Civil Division Manager for the firm’s Charleston operations.
Mr. Robinette joined the firm in 2015 as a Senior Civil Engineer responsible for overall land development and civil engineering for various public and private developments. Since that time, he has worked closely with veteran land development Principal, Mr. Richard Bailey who has been with the firm for 44 years, to plan, design, permit and manage projects in the industrial, commercial, residential and local government markets throughout the Lowcountry and notably in the Tri-County area. In addition to his core design responsibilities, Mr. Robinette’s new responsibilities will include business development and client relationship management.

A native of Moncks Corner, Mr. Robinette is a graduate of The Citadel and holds three degrees – a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Project Management in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Mr. Robinette is a Registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina.
