Hussey Gay Bell’s Point South Industrial Building Breaks Ground
Jasper County, South Carolina − Tuesday marks the groundbreaking of Hussey Gay Bell’s newest industrial building for SouthernCarolina Alliance. Located in the Point South Commerce Park in northern Jasper County, the 50,000-square-foot building will have a 30-foot ceiling to accommodate both manufacturing and distribution operations. The building will be expandable to more than 100,000 square feet. It is expected to reach completion later this year and is being constructed by Gordon Construction, Inc.
