Hussey Gay Bell’s Director of Water & Wastewater Celebrates 40

Oetgen.J_40th-editSavannah, Georgia – Today, Hussey Gay Bell celebrates the 40th birthday of Jennifer Oetgen. As Director of Water and Wastewater for Hussey Gay Bell, Ms. Oetgen has more than fifteen (15) years of experience with Hussey Gay Bell specializing in municipal wastewater facilities systems design. Since the 1990s, Ms. Oetgen has designed more than ten (10) water quality control plants (WQCP) including the first Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Wastewater Treatment Facility in Coastal Georgia. She has expertise in the design, planning and project management of water and sewer projects including:  Water Quality Control Plants (WQCP), water and sewer master plans, environmental review and planning documents, and permitting for many municipal and water/sewer district clients throughout Georgia and South Carolina including the City of Savannah, Garden City, Bryan County, City of Richmond Hill, City of Pooler, City of Tybee Island, Charleston Water System, Broad Creek Public Service District and Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority.  Jennifer is currently leading Hussey Gay Bell’s design efforts for the City of Savannah BioSolids project in addition to the GEFA Deep Aquifer project slated for Tybee Island.
