Named Design Partner for Southeastern Tech Project
Savannah, Georgia – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the firm’s selection as the design partner for TCSG Southeastern Technical College’s Building 2 Renovation project. Led by Macon-based builder, Chris R. Sheridan & Co., the $3.56 million design/build project will feature the renovation of approximately 38,375 square feet of administrative offices, classrooms, vocational labs and library. Originally constructed in 1963, the building’s renovation project goals include simplification of circulation, maximization of space utilization, and creation of centralized student services.
The project is anticipated to reach material completion in November of 2015.
