Promotion of Jennifer L. Oetgen, PE

Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer L. Oetgen, P.E. to the position of Water and Wastewater Manager for the Savannah office and Director of Wastewater Treatment Plant Design for all Bell Companies. Ms. Oetgen has been with the firm for over twelve years and has been responsible for water and wastewater infrastructure project design and management for municipalities in both Georgia and South Carolina. She has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a graduate degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. Ms. Oetgen is a registered Professional Engineer in both Georgia and South Carolina.
