Groundbreaking Held for New Liberty Utilities Office

liberty-utilities-office-building-exterior-currentGainesville, GA – Yesterday marked the official groundbreaking for utilities company, Liberty Utilities’ new main office/warehouse facility at Limestone Parkway and Cleveland Highway in Gainesville, Georgia.  The event was attended by numerous dignitaries including Congressman Doug Collins and Georgia Public Service Commissioner, Bubba McDonald, Jr. among others.

Hussey Gay Bell served as the Architect for the new 17,280 square foot facility which will feature offices, a 1,500 square foot training room and support spaces.  The project also includes a 7,000 square foot out building and 3,000 square foot maintenance shop with a 4,000 square foot covered vehicle storage area.

The project is anticipated to reach completion in the summer of 2017 and is being constructed by Gainesville, Georgia-based Carroll Daniel Construction Co.
