Huckaby, Hinesville Mayor James Thomas, State Senator Jack Hill, State Representative Al Williams and Georgia National Guard Major General Jim Butterworth addressed the audience of more than 200 community leaders, political dignitaries and Armstrong representatives at the groundbreaking ceremony.
